Support for text, documents and images. AI video detection is coming soon and is not part of the current service.

Rewrite text for clarity and tone. Do not use it to disguise AI writing where that breaks rules that apply to you.
APIs & Integrations
Developer-ready APIs and scalable verification infrastructure.
Browser Extensions
Browser-based AI verification workflows and website analysis tools.
3. Account Responsibilities
Users accessing paid features, APIs, enterprise tools, or dashboards may be required to create an account.
Accurate Information
Maintain accurate and current account information at all times.
Credential Protection
Protect login credentials and actively secure system credentials.
Dashboard & Keys Monitoring
Secure API keys and monitor account and request activities closely.
Authorized Usage
Sharing accounts or API credentials without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

ProofAI provides confidence-based AI verification analysis using evolving machine-learning systems and pattern analysis methodologies. AI-generated content detection remains probabilistic in nature and no platform can guarantee perfect accuracy in every scenario.
No Absolute Guarantees
AI verification systems provide probabilistic analysis rather than certainty.
Human Review Still Matters
Detection systems are designed to support informed decisions, not replace human judgment.
Continuous Model Evolution
AI generation systems evolve rapidly, requiring continuous improvement.
Verification results are intended to support informed review workflows and should not be treated as sole legal, academic, disciplinary, or professional evidence. Results may be influenced by editing, paraphrasing, formatting changes, compression, and synthetic media evolution.
6. Data Handling & Privacy
Text and files you submit are used only to produce your result and are not saved by ProofAI; uploaded files are deleted after analysis. To analyse content we send it to the third-party AI model providers listed in our Privacy Policy, which process it under their own terms. We keep a record of each check (date, type, score and source, not the content). See the Privacy Policy for details and retention periods.
No Training by ProofAI on Your Content
ProofAI does not use your submitted content to train its own models. Third-party AI model providers handle content under their own terms, linked in our Privacy Policy.

API access is subject to plan-based limits, authentication requirements, and infrastructure protection policies.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Credits or usage allocations are considered consumed once processing occurs.
Fee Responsibility
Users are responsible for subscription fees, usage charges, and applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
Refund handling and credits returns are strictly governed by our Refund Policy.
Elite Fair Use
Elite is unlimited for normal use, subject to a fair-use limit of 1,000 checks per account per day. Higher volumes are available on request; contact us.
Free & Bonus Limits
Free use is 10 checks a day without an account and 25 with a free account. Launch bonuses (25 extra a day for 30 days) apply only while offered.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, branding, software, interfaces, APIs, documentation, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of ProofAI and its licensors.

ProofAI continuously works to maintain reliable platform availability and infrastructure performance.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, third-party services dependencies, network interruptions, and evolving AI systems integrations.
11. Suspension & Account Termination
ProofAI may suspend or terminate access in cases involving policy violations, software abuse, billing fraud, infrastructure misuse, payment failures, and security risks.
Users may discontinue platform usage or cancel subscriptions according to applicable billing terms and settings inside candidate dashboards.
12. Limitation of Liability
ProofAI services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, business interruptions, loss of profits or data, reliance solely on AI verification outputs, and third-party service disruptions.
13. Changes to Terms
ProofAI may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform improvements, legal requirements, security practices, or evolving AI technologies. Continued platform usage after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ProofAI.
