ProofAI is operated by 4Born Solutions in India and follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification yet, and we do not claim compliance with any framework we have not been audited against.

Data Processing Transparency
Your text and files are used only to produce your result and are not saved by ProofAI. To analyse them we send them to AI model providers listed in our privacy policy. We keep a record of each check (date, type and score, not your content); signed-in users see it in their history.

Content is used only to produce the result; uploaded files are deleted after analysis.

We keep a record of each check (date, type, score, source), never the content.
Named AI Providers
Content is sent to the AI model providers listed in our privacy policy; never sold, and not used by ProofAI to train its own models.
