Billing and refunds
For payments, plans and subscriptions, choose “Billing & Subscriptions” in the form. Payments are processed by Cashfree, so we never see or store your full card details. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

How quickly will you reply?
We respond to messages within 24 hours. Complaints sent to our Grievance Officer are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
How do I dispute an AI detection result?
Click “Think this is wrong?” under the result and add a note. Reports are counted every month and used to find weak spots in the detector. A report does not change a past result, so keep your drafts, notes and version history as your own evidence of authorship. See the transparency report.
Can an AI score prove that someone used AI?
No. A score is the probability that the writing style looks machine-generated. It is not proof of who wrote a text, and detectors can flag human writing, especially writing by non-native English speakers. We publish our measured false-positive and false-negative rates so you can judge a result for yourself. Read the accuracy benchmark.
Do you store the text, files or images I check?
No. ProofAI does not save the content you check, and uploaded files are deleted after analysis. The content is sent to AI model providers to analyse it. We keep a record of each check (date, type of check, score and verdict) so you can see your history. Read the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account or my data?
